digital-blues.com began in February of 2003, based on the idea that there was not a full service technology consulting firm in the Peace Region that offered support in all areas ranging from network support all the way to website design.
Nicole McDonald, (original founder) of the company, brought not only a high level of business support experience to the table but also an in-depth knowledge of industrial process environments and disaster recovery planning.
As each new member joined the digital-blues.com team, Nicole strove to find people with vast knowledge and experience in all areas of the technology sector. Web designers from Edmonton, network technicians from Canada and the US, and support staff with extensive experience in project management and budgeting. Nicole then brought on a new partner Kristi Isele who bought a vast knowledge of business operations and optimization. With all of these skills in house, digital-blues.com clients experience a premium level of service above and beyond any other in the Peace Region. digital-blues.com provides professional level support, budgetary planning assistance, graphic/website design, full documentation, training, and even after hours support.
